Rachel Jones is a co-founder of the personalised health and beauty brands Skin + Me, Hair + Me, and Renew + Me. Skin + Me has revolutionised the beauty industry with its dermatologist-designed formulations, prescription-strength ingredients, and innovative Daily Doser packaging.
A passionate entrepreneur, brand builder and customer champion, Rachel has worked with leading female entrepreneurs including Victoria Beckham, Dr. Barbara Sturm, and Charlotte Tilbury. She joined Charlotte Tilbury prior to the brand's launch and led the disruptive and rapid e-commerce growth across the UK, North America, and Europe.
