He’s previously held senior roles at Grown Alchemist, No7 Beauty Company, Walgreens Boots Alliance and Specsavers — and has launched brands across more than 20 global markets. Alongside his corporate experience, Ihe’s founded and scaled several ventures and now advises ambitious brands through his consultancy, Thinksmiths.
