With 25+ years in beauty and 17+ years at L’Oréal Groupe across India, Southeast Asia, Middle East and the UK & Ireland, Manashi has held a variety of senior leadership roles, including Managing Director for UKI’s Consumer Products Division (CPD) and her current role as Chief Growth Officer for L’Oréal UKI. She’s led multi-country brand-building, digital transformation, and commercial growth across iconic brands like L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline and Nyx.
