Rhian Stephenson is a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Medical Herbalist, and the founder of ARTAH - an award-winning, B Corp certified wellness brand built on practitioner-grade supplements and science-backed nutrition programmes.
Before ARTAH, she was CEO of Psycle London, scaling it to 10,000 rides a week across multiple studios. She left to build what she couldn't find in the market: a supplements brand grounded in functional medicine and formulated with clinical rigour, not marketing noise.
ARTAH is stocked internationally and has built a fiercely loyal community entirely on the strength of its science and storytelling. Rhian has done it without shortcuts - and she knows exactly where the category traps are.
