ABOUT ME

Firdaous El Honsali is Chief Marketing Officer at Noli, following nearly a decade at Unilever, where she was Vice President for Dove Masterbrand Global and North America. Before Dove, she spent nine years across L’Oréal Group and The Body Shop.

She has helped shape some of beauty’s most culturally influential campaigns, including Dove’s Courage Is Beautiful, Reverse Selfie and #TurnYourBack — work that put real people, confidence and purpose at the centre of brand storytelling.

At Noli (L'Oréal-backed), she is helping build a new an AI-powered, beauty platform designed to cut through the noise and connect consumers with the right products for them. She brings a rare mix of global brand strategy, purpose-led growth and start-up marketing leadership.
