Her career spans L'Oréal, Guerlain, 11 years at Estée Lauder Companies across Tom Ford Beauty, By Kilian, Frédéric Malle and Le Labo, Managing Director of Puig UK & Ireland, and most recently GM of Sol de Janeiro UK & Ireland.
She has operated at every tier of the industry and understands how the biggest commercial, brand and leadership decisions get made inside major beauty businesses.
