Detty is General Manager of Lancôme UK & Ireland, leading one of L’Oréal’s most iconic prestige beauty brands in the UK market.
Before Lancôme, she held senior roles across Maybelline, IT Cosmetics and Next Big Brands, helping scale acquired challenger brands including Thayers Natural Remedies and Carol’s Daughter. She began her career at P&G, rising to Senior Global Brand Manager for Gillette across three continents.
