Nicola co-founded Stripe & Stare in 2017, building one of the UK’s most loved sustainable underwear brands from scratch.
The brand has grown sales by 305%, sells nearly half a million pairs a year, and is stocked through Shopbop, Bloomingdale’s and independent boutiques across the UK, US and Germany.
Nicola built the business without a fashion background, without giving up equity, and with a clear point of view. In 2024, she also founded the Stripe & Stare Foundation, offering free mentoring to early-stage female founders.
